“This series is inspired by Miley Cyrus’s recent hit and Henry Matisse’s floral ‘Papiers Découpés’ series. While many people know about my love for plants and trees, many people do not know that I abhor flowers as gifts. RomComs have taught us that flowers are last minute gifts for a made up national holiday or a Bandaid for when someone has messed up and are seeking forgiveness. They are glorious for a few days and then begin to decay which I don’t think bodes well for the relationship. I created this series for people like me, who would want vibrant flowers that would provide an eternity of joy and conversation. Flowers that are considered and always in their prime. These are now the standard of flowers I will be accepting and if it come with a lush green pot plant, even better!
